Hi And thanks for reading this post.
Just picked up a stxII a few weeks ago and i noticed in the on line reviews it said the main card has muses e01 and e02 op amps.
Looked at mine and it has a Muses 8820 e03 and two 8920 e08
I've been searching the forum and can't find anyone who has used either of these two op amps. Are they any good, should i leave them in.
Also picked up seven ada797br opamps on adaptors, designed so they are a suitable replacement for lm4562 on the daughter board. But the board also has jrc2114d opamps, the pin arrangement of lm4562 and jrc2114d is identical. Can i replace jrc2114d with the ada797br as these are soic.
Finally the daughter board has the inferior 1796 chip and the main board has the better 1792, can i swap the daughter board 1796 for the 1792
