Hi guys,
I am new here.
I recently just bought an Asus essence one (non-muses)
upon hooking into my laptop USB 3.0 port, windows 8 is able detect the device straight away which is great.
I updated the driver with the latest available from Asus website, and make sure that the essence firmwares are the latest which they are...
However, when I start loading music (FLAC) into foobar/MC18 using ASIO driver/non ASIO, I am experiencing heavy audio skip and pop noise... the same happened to VLC player while playing mkv/avi files.
I am not sure what's wrong with it.
Any help and advice is welcome!
