Astell & Kern SR 25 mkii vs Kann Max vs iBasso DX320

Hi to all!

I’m owner of SR 25 mkii, would like to know if Kann Max will be big upgrade i sq wise or just in power?

I was also very happy with previous A&K Dao AK 70 mkiii, liked warm sound signature.

How both compare to iBasso DX320 sq wise? I know that DX320 have best OS experience.
