Question: my Pee51, with two windows computers 8.1 and 10, was, for a while, putting out lower voltage (lower volume) until I rebooted the win10 pc with the dongle attached. Voila, it's as if I flipped a gain switch. Now it's as loud as it is with my android phone.
Any idea why this happens, and how to replicate it?
