No fast charger just a heavy duty C cable. I just plug it into whatever and it charges.
But the SP1000M does have the ability to use fast charge. It would be nice to know what specs are needed to implement fast charge. It would also be nice to know if it comes with a fast charge cable in the boX.
No. It JUST comes with a heavy duty USB cable. It charges fast; just plug it in!But the SP1000M does have the ability to use fast charge. It would be nice to know what specs are needed to implement fast charge. It would also be nice to know if it comes with a fast charge cable in the boX.
For some reasons, my SP1000M does not charge quickly. It takes 3 hours to charge it with an Anker fast charger. I don't call this fast charging
@Jason, any idea why?

IDK seems fast to me. I haven't too and I just plug it in and it charges. What time period would you consider fast?For some reasons, my SP1000M does not charge quickly. It takes 3 hours to charge it with an Anker fast charger. I don't call this fast charging

Well, it's a 3300mah like a mobile phone. It should not take more than 1,5 hour to charge. I also have a SR15 which does not have fast charge but it takes the same time to charge

Well then, someone should inform Astell and Kern.
Going to retrieve this screenshot also answered my question anyways. 9V/1.67A
My battery pack has a 2.4 amp option and a 2.2 amp option. Just plug the damn thing in. Jesus.

Excited--just purchased an SP1000m and shipment already confirmed. Question: good tips on where to find the leather case? Moon Audio doesn't list a case, and BH Photo notes its a special order. I would like to get one ordered and delivered before I leave the US in a couple weeks. My Google-fu isn't so hot atm, so any suggestions would be helpful!
Hi. The 1000M comes with its own leather case which I like, except for the buttons. It seems everytime I put it in my pocket or take it out one of the track buttons gets pushed. It's really annoying. Also, its almost impossible to change track, pause by feel, I always have to look at the indentations to hit the right button. Maybe the new $150 case is better for the buttons, who knows?Excited--just purchased an SP1000m and shipment already confirmed. Question: good tips on where to find the leather case? Sorry, I should have been more specific—I meant the expensive case. I bought one for my 240 five years ago and it’s great, durable, beautiful, even a nice patina from handling it. I’m looking for something very similar.
