I've been speaking with Joseph lately and he has allowed me to release some information.
Firstly the amp listed at:

Has been shelved. Joe told me he ran into power supply problems making the amp inappropriate for Grados and other low impedance headphones therefore instead of releasing a lacklustre amp he just decided to can it for now.
He's also done some experiments in adapting the 1005-DTI (a great little integrated amp) into an uber small speaker/K1000/headphone amp. It turns out there is far too much gain therefore it can't be adapted for use with headphones.
So to cut a long story short, at the moment Joseph is experimenting with the 2A3 tube.
We're back to square one so if anyone has any suggestions for another amp please post in this thread. Some suggestions could include
* Tube suggestions
* Perhaps you saw a schematic online that could possibly be used for a new headphone design
* General suggestions/components/design features
This amp will most likely be OTL and a cut above the MG Head...
