Sometimes when I play music from my laptop via winamp through to my Predator using ASIO4All, the music will crackle, stop playing in winamp (although the icon in my taskbar on ASIO4All shows that music is playing). To fix this problem, I have to open ASIO4All and then close the program. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

Hardware Buffer: Off
Kernel Buffers: 4

Try enabling the Hardware Buffer, that fixed some crackling in my desktop.
