I second creating a dummy email address, I just made one on yahoo, and promtly forgot the password. I maybe get 1 spam message a week. Those dummy accounts are also really good for entering contests and stuff, because even if you forget the password, there's always someway to get a new one. Hope that helps.

I agree with tyll. Spam is costing companies, what 1 or 2 billion a year? (i mean all forms of junk mail). Not to mention it's another excuse for your ISP to raise rates, because it's extra traffic.
