Are these MTPC Real or Fake?

This is my first post so I will keep this short. I was browsing eBay in search of an inexpensive pair of MTPCs and came across these:

Can anyone please confirm if these are fake or not? I know there aren't a lot of pictures this seller posted, but I thought maybe someone could help me out. Thanks
