Needs a recable obviously but there's almost nothing here but the drivers, even the back of one of the cups is missing.  No source for the missing parts other than buying another pair as far as I know.  I think Grado would just tell me to throw it away and buy a new one.

Pretty much the only hope, if the drivers are okay, is to transplant the drivers into a totally new body. Possibly from a dead set of grado's, or another cheap model of something. I'm sure people will have dead grados. I know I killed a pair a few years back.
