Based on the photos, I am not sure, I have never owned a real pair.

However, based on my experience, when ebayers do direct compares and contrasts with such obvious fakes, they are usually selling a fake. Also, China...

That is what I thought but the feedback is 100 and they have only sold sony headphones...... I don't know

price aint "too good to be true" and they look decent. considering quality of real MDR v900, I wouldn't be too disappointed buying $30 fakes

Yikes, there are a TON of fake ESW9's floating around.

Well I will just lay it out. Right now I am trying to decide if I want to spend about 200 on a Cowon S9 and 100 on headphones. Or 200 on headphones and 100 on something else portable....Cd player maybe haha

Judging that most items sold on ebay from china are fake. I wouldn't take the risk.
