The look of the box - the quality of the bends in the cardboard - not uniform - If I saw the bottom, I could tell you for certain...

Pictures can be sourced from anywhere so they don't provide any clues unless they are posted by the person who bought them. The price is the clue - they must surely be fakes. However, the seller does have a returns policy (along with a 100% rating which he won't want to jeopardise). You might like to buy them, compare them to what has been posted in this thread.

and if you think they might be fake then return them for a full refund.
 
After you get this refund you can then 'out' him on ebay.
