Sennheiser HD218 or HD228 (i got the 228s) , fine for travel , block out sound and dont leak. oh and sound great.
Are there any full-size that are considered portable?

In the past I have worn AKG k701's but I would not recommend. Most headphones can be considered portable, it just depends how well you can deal with people staring at you (or laughing in the case of the 701's). Personally I don't give a $%&* what people think of me so portable covers a broad range.
It depends how confident you are, I would recommend the smaller grado's i.e. 225 and below as you don't get funny looks with them, especially if you have a decent head of hair. I use se530's at the moment and they serve their purpose but I'm after some rs1's because i'm sick of the constrained sound you get with IEM's.
