will these be okay and will they be revision 2? I asked them if someone bought these and returned them and they said yes that but they were not worn and that they are the latest version from the factory(but that means i could be getting v3 couldnt i?)

I got my HD558's open box and everything was fine. As long as it comes with warranty, I personally don't see the issue.

I got open box sennheiser momentums from razordog eBay and they were absolutely perfect and are still serving me well today.
