Instead of King of plants. try the king of fruits, ie. the Durian. I personally enjoy this fruit very much

 
By the way, from a nutritionnal pov, mushrooms are low fiber (contrary to vegetables), usually full of minerals, vitamins and other good stuffs, low in calories, so, they are what can be called 'health food'.
