They would be plugged into an A/V receiver.
 
Do any have an open sound like an open back headphone?
 
I'd like something that sounds as good or better than my KSC75, budget about $30.

Some AVRs headphone output is not optimum for low impedance headphones, like most IEMs. Since you already have the AVR, you could always try it and see how they sound

No. IEMs will not typically have the big soundstage of most open headphones.

Thanks. Are there any budget IEM's that have a nice soundstage, that will sound good with movies? About $30 or less?

With a $30 budget you should probably shoot for best overall sound.
