Do you guys recommend a budget DAP over using Mobile Phones as a Music Player? Or is it pretty much the same, I don't mind carrying a DAP, its either get bigger storage for my Phone or a DAP like FiiO M3 or xDuoo X2 + Memory.

Really it just depends on your phone. Some phones sound pretty good as a music player, some really don't. I know that my iPhone 6s and fiio x1 sound pretty similar, and the iPhone sounds ever so slightly better (to me) than the fiio when I use the Lightning to 3.5mm adapter.
