Are Balanced Armature harder to drive and more sensitive than Dynamic ?

Also if I use on board audio, without any  DAC/ discrete sound card/Amp, then it would be a better to chose Dynamic over Armature, right ?

Balanced armature are typically easier to drive, due to their high sensitivity. They can be negatively impacted by a high output impedance though, since most BA drivers have a pretty significant impedance variation with frequency.

if so I would suggest portable headphones, not in ear. because the main problem might not be to drive the IEM, but to deal with the possible high impedance and high hissing noise from your source.
and if you're focused on IEMs, then indeed it might be better to find some not too sensitive not to low impedance dynamic driver ones, instead of BA drivers.
