It's called Aura Note....

It's a Top-loading CDP embedded all-in-one intergrated amp.

50w per channel stereo with Mos-fet.

It also has FM/AM tuner, and it can be connected to PC (probably DAC function)

And on it's right side, there's headphone output and USB output (!!!! now that's something new!)so that you can connect usb memorystick or MP3players (ipods?)

so, while your are listening to FM radio or CD's, you can record stuff right away

I love the retro styling... it's one of the few times something that's retro really looks retro.

Would look good in an appropriate setting.

That does look pretty nice, but I wonder if the performance of each component is going to be compromised since they stuffed so many features in it. If it's priced decently, it might make a nice a one-box solution for a mid-fi bedroom system.

BTW, where did you find the info, it's not on April Music's website

If they would make a dedicated transport like that, it would be cool......

Oh my! Is that the same Aura I am thinking of? A while back I used to own a pair of Aura monoblocks, back when Aura was the component producing arm of B&W (yes, Bowers and Wilkens, in the UK) that made power, pre and integrated amps. I thought they went under for good! Did an Asian company take over?
