For what I know, you can not buy PCs based on the PowerPC cpu with out the MacOS (besides Yellow Dog who got permission from apple) and you can not build your own PC based on Power PC cpu. I find that to be bad.

There are Amiga computers that use the G3 chip, and IBM sells G5 (non Apple) blade servers for use with Linux of some sort.

P.S.: Some fellow editors came up with another great product idea for Apple these days - the iLoop: holds one song and will play that over and over again; looks like the other thingy, but will only cost US$59 - 'cause life is repetition.

With your track-record, I've pretty much figured out who needs a life.

1st: it was a joke! I've seen similar coming from "the other side" of the fence. You didn't seem to object then.

Track record? Am I the one starting threads to intentionally rile people up? Especially something so stupid? The title and contents of the thread was supposed annoy people, it was the intention. Funny or not, you KNOW there would be some people who'd dislike it. Did I start a thread to specifically p**s off ipod fans (or creative/rio/etc fans)? Do I somehow appear biased against them? Hell, the only company I've attacked is iriver, cause I have an IHP and it ain't that good. And somehow I need a life cause I spend time here? Would you say that to the other 400 or so members who frequent the board? Or are you only saying it to me just cause you have no other excuse?
