Does anyone know of any places in the Denver area that will allow me to try some different brands before I buy?

I doubt anywhere will let you try out IEMs due to the hygiene issues involved.

Try asking a local Head-fi'er.

Where were you during RMAF last year? JH Audio and Westone were both there.

Aside from another RMAF (possibly, I wouldn't say it's necessarily a given that there'll be another "CanJam@RMAF") there won't be any other opportunities local or otherwise to audition multiple IEM brands, unless you can travel to Chicago for this year's CanJam (see the top of the forum for more info).
