I have an Outlaw RR2150 driving some Focal tower speakers. The RR2150 only has Analog RCA inputs or a USB audio connection. I can connect a laptop or desktop through USB and change the audio settings on my desktop to output USB audio. But when trying to use the RR2150 with a TV, the TV only has Aux Out and Optical out. I don’t think using Aux into my receiver would be maximizing sound quality. I could get an Optical to RCA type DAC but then I’d be wasting my receivers inbuilt DAC used with converting USB audio. So I need a piece of equipment that would convert Optical to USB audio so that my receiver can use its internal DAC. Does this product exist?
