Hi. I'll be going on a work-related trip for a few days to Greece in November. As I come from the colder and much more expensive end of the continent, I wonder if any (small) AV related piece of equipment is particularily cheap in Greece compared to prices in other EU countries.

Greek residents or frequent visitors, any hints? Thanks.

I lived for a few years in Greece before my audio days. I'm pretty sure the prices will be comparable (going on experience from other electronics) and the audio shops located in the upscale east-coast neighborhoods in Athens.

I'm known to be wrong quite often, though, so good luck and bring us back your impressions!

I have never been able to eat an entire baklava out of fear of some kind if sugar OD.

OTOH, I do like the greek food, lots of nice vegetable-based stuff, I used to lose a lot of weight every time I was there.
