Ok, I just got ahold of a Zemo modded 0404 and put it into the portable studio box I have and moved the delta1010 back to the rack and a 6u unit. Anyway I used driver cleaner and removed the delta drivers and I installed the latest 0404 drivers I could find, and the sound has changed a bit imo. It sounds a little laggy if that makes any sense. Anyway I've messed around with different things and I've noticed that this only really presents itself w/ foobar, so I figured I'd throw up a thread here to see if anyone had any reco's for a foobar config that goes well with an 0404 while listening to a large gambit of music.

Current setup as of now:
shuttle sb65v2 w/ silentx 250w psu
p4 3.0c @ stock
2 x 512 ddr4000 2-2-2-5 @ 3700 speeds
gf6800gtoc @stock
0404--->1/4 monos to 1/4 stereo y cable--->sr-71 (may be switching to ppa)--->dt880

Anyhoot, any help would be appreciated.

what exactly is the problem? does it also happen with windows media player?

Please try to be a bit more detailed. Please explain what you mean by "laggy". Have you tried using a different output plugin?
