ANYONE who has had AKG cans repaired recently..please give your feedback..

ive gotten no reply by going through the website contact procedure..

so I would like a phone number/address so that I may coordinate the repair of one of my 701 pairs.

PLEASE give me some feedback...desperate here.

When I emailed AKG about my K702, the person handling warranty issues was away. So, I contacted the Canadian distributor and they offered to do the repair, though they suggested that protocol was to go through the retailer, so that's what I did. It took about three weeks for them to return after the repair.

nothing major...just the tubing that covers the cable peeled away, probably because i carry them so much on gigs... but soundwise, beautiful still..

it was my fault.
