I use Koss PORTAPRO for a year that's sound good but i feel BASS is too little boommy and Midrange (Vocal) is far away ... (I do Kramer MOD already)
I listen many kind Of music But Most is Hard ROck / 80s' Metal / Pop and Folk

Now My friend Recommend AKG K420
ANy ideas GUYS?..Thanks

I think K420 might be good for you. But I feel tired after a short time listening with the K420,
so I strongly recommend K450 for you.

There are a lack of reviews on the new AKGs because they have not been released here in the US. They were supposed to be on sale here sometime last month, but none of them are available at the usual Internet retailers.

I've tried the 430, 450 and 518 different AKG head-phones, each one was too small for my head but i did listen a little to each. I preferred the sound on the 450 to the 430 and the 518. Not to say that they weren't all good, but if you have the money go for the 450, it has a detachable cable as well so that you can replace it if something goes wrong.

I Just Try it...
Sound So Good .. But The Headband is Too Tight... So I feel pain over ear when i Ust It More Than 20mins...( I wear Glasses..So the Legs Of Glasses is Press by Headphone)

It seems I find that after sometimes it made ur ear a bit painful because of the headband is too tight. But for SQ/price I find it extremely amusing.. detailed and balanced..
