I purchased this: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=220662657696  input converter and it works well for the Coax and Optical S/PDIF, but I'm getting sync loss and audio dropouts out of my Bufffalo II when I try to use the USB input.  I cleaned the board and checked for solder bridges before testing, but I have to do a more thorough inspection of the CM102 USB converter connections to make sure there aren't any bad contacts.  I have another 2707 based USB-S/PDIF converter that I tried as a direct input into the Buff2 and it works fine.   My plan B is to just bypass the USB circuit on the selector board,  using the output of the 2707 board, but I'd like to try and get the built in circuit working since it will be a cleaner solution.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.   I'd like to post the schematic here, but not sure what the best way to do it is..
