My order is late. Very late. And My emails and phone calls (all placed with a very courteous tone) are not being returned. Just wanted to know if anyone out there has a pending order as well that is being processed?

From other threads, it has come up that this behavior is not unknown for Justin. It has also come up on these threads that, if the pressure is backed off, he'll get caught up and get back to you. Not the greatest customer relations strategy, but then, really not everyone who goes into engineering is known for their people skills. I've never dealt with headamp.com personally. I'm just passing along observations that other head-fi'ers have made about Justin who have successfully dealt with him. Check out the threads about headamp and Justin. Hope this helps.

I've been trying to contact him lately myself and Justin has seemed to be in one of his disappearing moods. It's unfortunate, but so far he has always come through with the goods in the end, it just takes time.
