Strange interpretation. As I understand it, it is called the "Black Special Edition," at least in Europe. I doubt it's some conspiracy engineered by "word nazi" (sic).

As to their difference, there is none other than - the black edition has two black parts. In terms of sound, they're the same.

The box said "Black Special Edition", but for some reason they call it "Ninja edition" on amazon.
