I'm interested in the S9 and O2, but mostly the O2 because it'll support ALAC. Will they be released in October/November in the U.S.?

I guess just some additional questions about Cowon, do the old Cowon players have Wifi? If not, then I'm assuming the new ones will and I'm curious to know what the web browsing will be like.

I don't think anyone knows yet how much they will be and wifi hasn't yet been announced. None of the old ones had wifi either except for the Q5w.

The s9 looks beastly though.

You should look at the new iriver spinn too, same style kind of.

yeah, i'm really starting to lean that way because functionality-wise, the touch is just so much more convenient for my imac. it has apps (games), safari, syncs with itunes, gapless, etc. i'm not even sure how I would organize my songs on a cowon with my apple.

and i'd be very surprised if a 16gig+ O2 cost less than $300
