Hi
I have a pair of klipsh image x11s and unfortunate the rubber cable has come away from the jack. The internal cables are still intact and working however I suspect they won't last long without the rubber protection of the outer sheath protecting them. I am hopeless at soldering so wondered if there was anyone in the UK who did repairs? I think they simply need the old Jack to be cut off and a new one soldered on with the accompanying work on the rubber of the canle and the jack. It's a trrs connection and if possible I would change the straight jack to a right angle. I figured it might be cheaper getting the jack fixed than buying a new pair.
Cheers
