They are an official distributor, I buy in bulk from them. I contacted Cowon America a few months ago, about wholesale orders, and they sent me to inplus.

Not sure which x5 you are looking at, but buy.com has the 20g x5 at 295 and a 10% off sale (up to $20) bringing the price to $275 +shipping.

Edit: it is also stackable with the free budget shipping coupon (exp 7/31)

I bought an X5 Cradle from them and they sent me an X5 Case. Two weeks later I get a reply (after sending MANY angry emails to them) that they've shipped a Cradle for me.. still nothing yet.
