yep I'm considering that too.. mp34less.com sells it at really favourable prices - and it looks like a slick little player. The comments I've read indicates that it's a really good player, with good soundquality, good features etc - haven't seen any negatives. One problem I have with it though: It's USB 1.1 -

This is a mail I got from a XEN owner (it's sold in Germany as the VAIOX XEN):

"I'm not sure if I have a problem with my USB but it is a bit slow: Upload onto the player only 310 kByte/s, Download from the player: 600 kByte/s.

I still want to check my installation and maybe then ask vaiox."

I have been looking at this player lately too. The 512mb version would suit me well... But the price for the 512mb version is a bit steep at $250+, That's iPod Mini territory and the mini comes with 4GB!!! The new iRiver 512mb flash players demands $260+!!! I never remembered flash players to be this expenseive!!! Anyone know of any other source that sells the 512mb version of the XEN player for around $200?
