Hello, everyone.
I am not an audiophile and am new at this forum. I discovered a headset specifically designed for language interpreters, it is Beyerdynamic DT 394 SIS with 1/4 inch and XLR mic connectors. I am a professional language interpreter myself and use the headset all the time. Does anyone else have any experience with it? What is your opinion? How do you think it is different in terms of voice reproduction from other headsets? My review of the headset is at https://app.box.com/s/e7i3swljqknzrv3ojpxo
I think it works great for situations when auto gain mics are used as well when speakers are "eating" the mic with a lot of hissing and popping sounds. The headset really muffles that and saved me from many headaches (literally).
