Anyone had any Warranty problems with NAD?

I know lots of members like NAD equipment, including myself.
However, It finally happened to me where I got a lemon and I didn't know it till now. Long story.
At the moment, I called and e-mailed and will probably expect them not honoring an out of warranty item. They were reluctant to provide a mailing address which would be next.
I will be withholding judgement until I get their response.

While that may be true with items that are DOA, my situation is different. I was listening to a bad receiver for over 3 years and was blaming it on other sources. (cables, cd player etc.)
This problem would not of been noticed by other people without "golden ears".
Anyway, I wrote them a long letter explaining my situation and they will cover it.
