ALO products are already available at Egghead, but i'm not sure about the stock availability right now.

last i checked one or two Continental amps are already reserved, also someone already bought a PanAm (if you look at my previous posts, i mentioned someone buying Rico's HE-300 - he also bought the PanAm).

for headphiles members, Rico also has two amps he got from sir Ken.. they're not for sale though, but he lets buyers try them with high end headphones once in a while..

They already do some DIY Aftermarket cables, contact Rico :)
