Hahahah this is bad when I recognize 95% of the names on your list for Poland and a few off of the Russian and French list.

Most of Tede's stuff is too gangster for me but a few of his songs are good, same goes for Detsl. Yeah he's a really big star in Russia but a few of his earlier songs are actually pretty good. His later "ghetto" stuff is pretty throwaway, though.

Yeah off the Polish list I forgot to mention Molesta,KASTA Sklad,Kaliber,Killaz Group,Hemp Gru,Fisz,52 Debiec,Bez Cenzury,Don Gural Esko,Fenomen,Grammatik,Liroy,Patkofonika,Pezet,Plo mien 81,Ski Sklad and WWO. So much good stuff coming out of Poland its ridiculous.

If you want a good Slovak band check out Kontrafakt, they're known for their live instrumentation when they do live shows and it just makes it ten times better. Likewise if you want a good French group check out Le Sage Poetes De La Rue.

This is some list tiantan! I'm potentially interested in some of that stuff but sorting through it seems daunting...

Being mostly familiar with the French stuff (that's what I speak), it seems to me your list is a mix of very different things of varying interest for someone such as me. You say Keny Arkana is a favorite for instance and that's clearly "movement" rap (I'd rather not say "underground" because that's meaningless and also because I assume she made some money in the music business) unlike (most of) the other names I recognize on your list. I wouldn't dare to ask you to add categories and details to your list considering the amount of work it would involve so I'll be content with this request: is there anything in your list that's in the same vein, that is creative, meaningful and driven?

If you haven't already, I recommend you check "la rumeur" (the older stuff in particular) which is disturbingly absent from your list, maybe because it's mainly the lyrics that are interesting.
