So amazingly blurry...

It looks like XLR? Not sure.. it could be anything with that amount of blur

Yes...without anything in the pic for reference, it could be anything from a mini-DIN 4-pin connector to an XLR-4 male.

Kidding aside, it looks like a generic 2 x 2 , 0.1" spaced DIP header, like half of this example.

for sennheiser headphones yes?

i think it's likely to be a 0.1" dual row 90 degree header like this many other manufs make the same thing.

I think you are onto something there... I thought it was just some odd shadow instead of a right angle and wires, but if this is in Senns, it's probably a 2mm, rather than 0.1" (2.54mm) spaced right angle pin header.

This is with certain is a PIN HEAD... 2x2. With 4 pins.

i took a guess to the spacing, with 2.54mm being the most common. it'd be worth the while to check it with a vernier calliper or similar.
