I've been trying to get through to them on the phone for the last couple of days to find out how mu RS1s are getting on, Tuesday it was either voice mail or engaged, and since Wednesday all i get is 'Memory is full' after few rings. I have no idea how much this is costing me, as i'm not in the States.
