I had very good luck with my post about building me an amp that I have decided I would like to get a DAC the same way. I am using a SOHA amp connected to my X-fi soundcard with Ultrasone 2500's. If anybody has a decent DAC for sale or would like to build me one to make some cash please contact me.

By the way I love the SOHA it really kicks some serious butt. Now tube rolling will be my next addiction.

Cotdt is going to mod my X-Fi for me. He is going to use

3x LM4562
3x Blackgates NX 2000-3000 uF
and we are emi shielding it.

It should kick the crap out of something like an Alien DAC I would imagine. I can't wait.
