Heya guys
smily_headphones1.gif

This is why I love small label... I have bought every release that Ultimae Records has ever put out (minus Aftermath) - I love their stuff!

Anyway, 2 weeks ago, I started to re-rip my collection to ALAC. I started with all their albums. Comes the time to re-rip Carbon Based Lifeforms' World of Sleepers, I open up the digipak... to see that the CD was missing!

Now, my GF and I loved this one to listen to before going to sleep, so I emailed her (she's still in California) and asked her to check if she had it around, and she didn't...

So I emailed Ultimae asking if, by any chance, they'd have a CD w/o a digipak around.. Well, they sent me a completely new freebee of World of Sleepers

They sent it to me at the same time as the latest Aes Dana's album (Leylines), but lo and behold, my order got doubled! I received 2 Leylines album! I emailed them again to tell them about it, and they told me to keep it up and give it to someone. So I thought to myself, I'd make a little contest here on head-fi for fans of the label who don't have that album yet or anyone curious about their music!

So here goes. This is my twitter background :

http://s3.amazonaws.com/twitter_prod.../jsdecarie.jpg

It has 117 album images, but has been modified by photoshop. The first person to correctly PM me with 10 album AND matching artist names out of those 117 wins the CD

Good luck to everyone

Edit : Contest is closed, SpudHarris has won the CD, congrats

I love the Ultimae label and also some other small labels like Interchill, Aleph Zero, Liquid Sound, Native State etc..... But something tells me you are not going to be posting that CD anytime soon. It's impossible, the images are just too far removed from the originals. I think I got about 5 in total...

Alright, wasn't so sure how hard it would be. Easier when you know all of these already

So I'm asking for 10 only. LingLing1337 gave a few...

If tonight no one wins it, I'll take the same graphic, and remove a bit of blurriness to provide more hints

By the way you have mint taste in music, there is some brilliant stuff in just the ones I could identify. Why don't you let us have a look at what they all were.....I'm always on the lookout for new material.
