I'm in the gym almost 2 hrs a day, its probably the most consistent music sessions I get, so I would really love to get a nice workout setup.  I had come across this workout rig here, and was just wondering if anyone else had workout rigs to maybe give me some ideas.

I really like that set up, my only thing is I use a ipod touch to workout and I like some of the workout tracking apps and eq apps, so I prefer to be able to stack my touch 4g with something.  Also those nano's are max 8gb, my 64gb already seems small, don't think I'd be able to survive w 8gb.  I've been thinking of maybe getting a jds labs c5 amp, it seems relatively thin and the footprint isnt any bigger than the touch.  don't know if itd be too bulky for working out tho

Any ideas?

I've always thought the ipod nano (7th gen) and pico slim would be a good combo but has anyone found a good armband case that would accommodate both and work for running?

I personally have always used the cowan D2+ and a pair of IEMs but my cowan has seen better days.

I can't say for sure since I never had nano + pico combo, but I'd imagine a kinda generic one size fits all type of armband could work, such as this
