Hi:  I'm really enjoying my Sennheiser IE800's but I prefer the seal of CIEM's.  Does anybody think there would be a way to embed the ceramic IE800 in an acrylic or silicon ciem housing, while maintaining the two rear ports?  Or is this an absolutely crazy idea.

Yes, i've considered, but i haven't been thrilled by custom-fitted sleeves in the past.  Hoping to find someone who can do a good job making customs and maintain the two back ports.
