Are there any suppliers of extra small foam tips?

I've done some searches find one and they turned out to be too delicate. They break to easily.

4.5mm, small...best bet tbh would be Comply, but u prbly know of these already

id go with comply, or take a chance and find generic set. only other name brand i found is jlab cloud foam, but reviews say the durability is poor

The way ear tips suppliers layout their products on their website is so confusing. Even stating the exact measurements such as bore width, the length, and the widths of both ends seems beyond them.

The bore is fine, it is the actual width I'm concerned with. It needs to be smaller than the standard small sizes.

They're relative inexpensive but you only can get them in a 3 pack with S/M/L.
