any small desktop amp for HD650 and K701?

the 'small' means something like Headroom Micro Amp.

I do not want a tube because it is difficult to travel with it.

OK. I am considering low price amps.

SO I am considering CORDA ARIETTA and graham slee NOVO.

any other amps can beat them?

the headphones are hd650 (possibly add AKG k701 in future)

I had the Corda Headfive (which the Corda Arietta is based on) and I did not find it a good match with the HD-650. Too warm and sluggish.

another vote for Gilmore Lite. It drives both HD6X0 and K701 very well, which are two of harder headphones to drive.
