I ordered a cable in Black Friday. Sent them a not asking how long it would take.... no response. I
did not see the note in the website that said orders take 6-8 weeks to process.
Decided I didn't want to wait that long, and cancelled the order. Now he gets back to me right away saying they be finished the following day (12-7).
Asked a few days later if the cable had shipped yet.... No response again.
This is my 1st time ordering from them, is this typical?
