yeah, they are indeed larger than life. I have a pair of Dynaphase 40's - they're the same size, just different drivers. I've retrofitted them with what are probably dt911 drivers, but that only makes them just listenable enough to haul them out whenever someone cracks wise about my collection.

To OP: If you really want crazy designs like leopard pads and tagged up housing's, I dont see why you couldent just paint them or add the bling yourself.

But he probably want's something that sounds good. All of the headphones mentioned so far, with the exception of the Stantons, sound good. Not all of them can be played right out of an iPod though. There is a model of float that can be, the Precide Ergo 1 or Ergo 2. At least someone here claims they can be, I've never heard them.
