The FR curve for AKG 371 looks decent. Especially in the bass section. Presumably because it's closed back. But open headphones generally have better sound stage etc.

So, what open back headphones have a similar FR curve like the closed AKG 371?

(yes, I'm expecting price differences, but still, would be interesting to know.

The Hifiman he400se stealth is tuned very close and similar in price. I've had both and the hug the Harman curve pretty well. The IEM version of those would be the Truthear Crinnacle Zero blue, or my daily driver, the Simgot EA500 with the red nozzles.
