Figured I'd take a chance on this.
Bought 6/2 arrived 6/6.
Fast!!

Here are a few gut shots.

Uses a HT97220 chip
in a QFN16 package

(Data sheet specs)
125mw @ 32ohm each channel
THD+N .003 90db
SNR 112db

Uses a TC4056A lipo charge chip
Charge program resistor is 2Kohm which
provides 580ma charge current. (actual 500ma)
2000mah battery

Build quality is very good.

Noise floor is very low. Barely audible.
High/Low gain boosts bass and volume.
Good sounding.
Gets very loud.
Even with low impedance IEM's
Well worth the $20 I paid

I saw that item in Neoteck official and Proster 3C stores on Ali. Both share many visually same products. Actually I bought from both - portable es9018k2m dac/amp from Proster and pure portable amp from Neoteck. Both come with identical cables and with similar manuals. I like them, but of course both has drawbacks. But considering price, it's inevitable.

Hi friend, what are the drawbacks that you mentioned?

Dac/amp has rather high noise floor on high gain with sensitive ear buds, amp has too big volume steps for them. Both seem more suitable for more demanding head gear. At least for on-ear headphones should be fine though.
