Here is my question:
I have just sent my Shure E2c's in late last week. I was browsing around head-fi, and saw the possibility of upgrading for a fee to the E4s instead of getting a new pair of E2c's back from service. A user asked and Sugarfried gave the phone number and it sounded like a possibility. Has anyone had any luck in my situation? Too late for me to call Shure right now since they are closed but LOL I am impatient . . . yet again, the difference in pricing, since Shure sells it at full MSRP $299, is the same as me getting some new E2c's back and buying some E4/E4c's at under $200. I'll just hope they let me upgrade and nomore for $100
